- Location: Great Bay Community College, Pease Tradeport, Portsmouth, NH
- Packet Pick-Up & Race Day Registration (if not full): Thursday July 4th, 7 AM to 8:15 AM at race location
- Course: Relatively flat 5K course on low-traffic roads
- Bragging T-shirts: to first 500 pre-registered participants.
- Parking: FREE & ample parking near registration or within short walking distance

Come join us in the 3rd Annual running of the Friends on the Fourth 5K!
This race is great for an easy PR. It is USATF Certified & features a relatively flat loop course, easy access and parking, plenty of refreshments and, with an 8:30 AM start, you’ll have the rest of the day to celebrate.
We welcome sub 5 pace runners as well as walkers!
This race will benefit The Friends Project, a Portsmouth-based non-profit organization whose mission is to create inclusive social and recreational opportunities for people with disabilities.
